  1. Helping Others: They assist children who might feel left out, lonely, or upset, encouraging them to join in games and activities.
  2. Conflict Resolution: They help resolve minor disputes and disagreements among children, promoting peaceful interactions.
  3. Promoting Cooperation: They encourage cooperative play and ensure that everyone is included in playground activities.
  4. Being Good Listeners: They listen to their peers’ concerns and provide support when needed.
  5. Setting a Good Example: They model positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and rules.
